Top Posters Win Awards

In addition to being part of TRIECA and networking with professionals, you also have an opportunity to gain recognition for your work through awards.

This year, the student with the top voted poster will win a free pass to TRIECA 2018, a complimentary one year student membership, as well as publish an article in the prestigious Environmental Connections magazine. Second through tenth place winners will also receive a one year complimentary IECA student membership.

Who is Eligible?

In order to submit a poster you must fit one of the following criteria:

1: Be an Undergraduate Students in the final year of your program OR

2: Be a Post-Graduate Students in a Masters or PhD program.

Submitting an Abstract

Abstract submissions must be made online at and submitted by the deadline on February 3, 2017.

Selected participants will be notified by February 10, 2017.

Information needed to submit in your abstract consists of:

  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Lessons learned
